Busy Weekend

It has been a busy week around here....last week on Friday the kids had their annual trikathon at school. It was a fun event - Addi did 75 laps on her Strider bike and Bryton did 57. My coaching and competitive side comes out - spent alot of time yelling and encouraging the kids to keep going, haha...hope they choose to do sports of some kind when they get older.

After the bike event we left on a weekend camping trip with friends. The kids had a wonderful time riding the quads, playing and sitting around the campfire.

We got home on Sunday afternoon and unfortunately, on Monday our heeler, Quigley, passed away. Rough day for the kids. He will be missed but is in a better place now for sure.

Yesterday was mother's tea at school. We had a nice time. Addi enjoys singing - Bryton not so much. It was still fun and they looked adorable as usual!
