Sewing....

So preparing for my next run of babies to photograph - 3 boys in my future so I just had to make some ties for them to wear. Pretty easy and I think they are super cute. Also one more of Addi from the park the other day.

At the square...

It is rodeo time again - this year went by so fast....and my dear friend Kirsten is here with the rodeo. Yesterday we had a picnic lunch in the square. Kids were not being as agreeable as I would have liked but that seems to be the norm these days. I am a tired momma...looking forward to this "phase" being over. I know they grow up all too quickly but some days it just doesn't seem like it can come fast enough! I do love their little faces though :)

More practice

Trying to get this down - I guess you just have to do it and see what happens. Love summer - although it has warmed up fast. Kind of looking forward to monsoon season - like those summer afternoon rainstorms.

Sun Flare

We are loving sun flare right now - trying to get this technique down. Need another practice run with an "assistant" and light reflector to see if I can lighten up her face. Hope all is well.

Weekend Getaway

Just wanted to squeeeezzze a post in before the day gets started. Have a newborn shoot this am and then we head to phoenix for the weekend (I have a class at a hospital down there tomorrow)...but we have lots of fun stuff planned...trip to Ikea, and a real camera store and visiting with friends. Will be hot and fun. Here are a few pics of those little faces that you and I adore. Miss you all.

Took this at the table - she was coloring but was willing to stop for a mili-second so I could snap a photo. Big weekend planned - headed to Phoenix to stay at a resort with a waterpark. I have training at a hospital nearby on Saturday so the kids and Tim will be entertained while I am away.

Mom's Yard

Had alittle mini photo op in mom's yard today - shade and nice greenery but as you can see someone wasn't really into it. She did however let me put her hair up and she actually wore the headband I just made her for at least 5 minutes!

Mom's Birthday

Just wanted to show off the group shot - taken with my tripod and clicker....gotta love gadgets! Addison enjoyed meeting her cousins and I enjoyed meeting mine - can't remember the last time I saw Cousin Gary - such a treat to have everyone together.

Just Cuzzz

Have to work tonight so thought I would throw up a few more pics before I go. Bry is driving this jeep all over the yard - often with Addi sitting on the back. He really steers well - kind of frightening. Today I was putting things away and he comes out naked and covered with ink - I asked Addi if she did that and she told me "no, bry did it to himself." I lifted his shirt and in very legible letters it said "Addi" across his belly. Some one is spending alot of time in her room lately.

Of course I prefer the sweet angelic photos - but this is more "her" if you know what I mean. Horrible weather here today - making me feel alittle blue. Trapped inside, cold and yucky out, in May! Maybe I need some retail therapy....

Addi got a hold of Bry while I was on the phone with a client....yikes!

New haircuts....

Finally was able to get the kids into the salon! They look less nappy now and Bry just is so cute with his daddy haircut. It is getting warmer slowly...guess we should be glad it is a gradual temperature increase and not 30 to 100 in a matter of days. Going to have another busy week so I wanted to get a few pics up before then.

Summer is coming...

Sorry for the lack of posts - have just been super busy. Not really an end in sight - this month is just crazy! I guess it could be worse and I could be bored out of my mind :)
